1. Receipt of Complete Demand Documents from Employer

   • Verification and pre-approval by the Department of Foreign Employment.

2. Candidate Sourcing & Advertisement

   • Release of job advertisements in leading newspapers to attract potential candidates.

3. Candidate Screening & Assessment

   • Initial interview screening to identify suitable candidates.

   • Expert-led interviews for shortlisting (including practical tests, if required).

   • Final interview conducted by the Employer’s Authorized Representative.

4. Pre-Departure Formalities

   • Completion of medical examinations and required documentation.

   • Compilation and verification of documents for visa processing.

   • Receipt of approved visa.

5. Pre-Departure Orientation & Mobilization

   • Conducting an orientation session for selected candidates.

   • Finalizing ticketing and immigration clearance for deployment.
